Cancellation or Reschedule
In order to maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients, we enforce a $50 dollars charge for all appointments canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance. We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment online or by phone more than 24 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee.
No shows
At Ala Moana Aesthetics, we strive to provide the best service to our clients by ensuring timely appointments. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
After the second no-show, a 50% fee of the appointment cost will be charged.
A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Late arrival
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to shorten your treatment time in order to accommodate the next client. The full cost of the scheduled treatment will still apply.
Arrival Time
We kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork and to ensure that your treatment begins promptly at the scheduled time.
Prices & Promotions
We are always working to expand our services with the latest technology. While we try to keep our website and spa menu up to date, prices, services, and products may change without notice. Special offers cannot be combined. If there are multiple discounts, the higher value discount will automatically be applied at checkout.
Payment & Gratuity
Prices may change without notice. We accept cash, Visa®, MasterCard®, Cherry, and Ala Moana Aesthetics gift cards, but not checks. Gratuity for your service provider is optional and up to you.
Gift Cards
Gift cards can be used for any service or product at Ala Moana Aesthetics (some restrictions may apply) and are not redeemable for cash.
Refunds
Services: No refunds are given for services, even if you are dissatisfied with the result.
Products: No refunds on products. Products can be returned for store credit within 7 days if there's a documented allergic reaction. Defective products (e.g., broken pump) can be exchanged for the same product within 7 days. Prescription products are not refundable or exchangeable per federal law.
Personal Belongings
Personal belongings are the responsibility of the spa guest and should be kept with you at all times. Ala Moana Aesthetics is not liable for lost or damaged items.
Quiet Environment
To ensure a peaceful experience for everyone, please keep conversations at a low volume while in the spa. We also kindly ask that all guests silence their cell phones during their visit.
Provider Requests
We understand your preference for a specific treatment provider, but please note that due to illness, vacations, or unexpected schedule changes, we may not always be able to accommodate special requests.
